Junior Field Merchandiser

Job Summary:

Independently works on store merchandising plans to ensure proper assortments are added to locations; merchandise is placed in accordance to the merchandiser developed sku to fixture; determines allocation amounts; allocates adequate floor space for programs; and determines proper adjacencies. Works directly with the UBR buying team, field manager, merchandise warehouse, and visual team in managing store layouts and product placement. Directly responsible for managing the proper flow of inventory, tracks out of stocks, coordinates and directs floor sets and refreshes. Trains managers and store teams on presentation guidelines and inventory systems. Provides financial analysis.
