Reference: 11031 AV Consultant: Anneke Viviers Job Description Financial Management &Reporting Manage the full bookkeeping function from source documentation to trial balance. Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, debtors, creditors, and general ledgers. Compile monthly management accounts and variance analysis. Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records using Simple Pay. Compile and manage forecasting, budgeting, cash‑flow planning. Manage Statutory reporting, i.e. VAT, PAYE, SDL, CIPC, etc. Assist with month‑end and year‑end procedures. Liaise with external accountants i.e., payroll, statutory, monthly and annual reporting. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Maintenance of fixed asset register and reconciling the assets to the general ledger.
