Job Description
Manage the flavour collections and accumulate knowledge of raw materials, ingredients, olfactory families specific to odor and sensory evaluation.Development of new product applications and concepts in accordance with specified requirements as outlined by customers.Work with flavourist, sales, marketing and laboratory teams to make sure that the right flavours are selected and created for customers.Responsible for the product application of flavours into trial food products.Keeping up-to date with flavour trends and being able to effectively communicate about profiles.Evaluate new creations and products already on the market by smelling, tasting and describing the products.To b...
