We are looking for a Junior Growth Specialist with initial experience in player retention, loyalty programs, VIP clubs or CRM systems to join our team in the online gambling sector.

Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of retention and loyalty campaigns.
Assist in managing VIP club mechanics and bonus structures.
Work with CRM tools to segment users and launch campaigns.
Analyse KPIs such as ARPU, LTV, churn rate and bonus cost.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
Profile
1–3 years of experience in growth, CRM or retention.
Exposure to loyalty programs, VIP schemes or gamification mechanics.
Analytical mindset (comfortable with data and KPIs).
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM platforms (Optimove, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
