Develop and execute a smooth onboarding process to welcome new employees and integrate them into the FyerX culture. Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws. Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.
