Responsibilities
- Provide HR support during the ELM (Employee Lifecycle Management) for all assigned organizational units and teams.
- Administer selected operational HR processes in the areas of organizational and employee development, training and learning, and compensation and benefits.
- Support the HR teams and, selectively, business leads in local training and development matters.
- Coordinate and administer recruitment processes, including pre‑qualification of candidates.
- Maintain all HR systems (especially Workday and the local payroll system) and coordinate the interface with external providers.
- Support trustworthy cooperation with local works councils, trade unions, and associations where applicable.
- Ensure compliant administration of all corporate and local policies, rules, processes, and standards based on needs and requirements.
