About the Role
The Junior HR Generalist provides administrative and operational HR support across multiple business divisions. The role supports labour relations, performance management, misconduct processes, HR administration, and BBBEE compliance under the guidance of senior management and/or external labour specialists.
Responsibilities Labour Relations & Employee Relations Support Support disciplinary and employee relations processes under instruction and supervision aligned with qualifications based on CV and work experience. Preparation of disciplinary documentation (notices, charge sheets, hearing packs). Scheduling and disciplinary hearings and investigations to be conducted with Management. Recording minutes and maintaining case files on one drive. Collecting information regarding the matters that’s been assigned to you.
