Junior IT & AV Service Engineer – Hybrid Support

Kinly is looking for a Junior IT / AV Service Delivery Engineer based in Basingstoke. This full-time, permanent role involves remote incident management, troubleshooting, and supporting audio-visual technologies. The position includes significant collaboration within a team and offers a dynamic work environment focused on enhancing workspace experiences.

Key tasks include managing support tickets, providing remote technical support, and ensuring accurate equipment records. Ideal candidates will have experience with AV systems and a solid understanding of Microsoft Teams. This role requires periodic travel to Basingstoke initially before transitioning to Sunbury.
