Junior IT Helpdesk Technician

• Provide basic IT support to internal users for hardware and software issues.

• Assist in monitoring IT systems and reporting any technical issues.

• Support installation and configuration of computers printers and basic applications.

• Help maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.

• Log and track support requests through the IT helpdesk system.

• Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members when required.

• Assist in maintaining system updates and basic security practices.
