Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, or remote tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues.
- Assist with login problems, system access, and workstation setup.
- Support business applications and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Help with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
- Provide friendly, customer-focused guidance and basic training to users.
- Log support requests, document solutions, and keep inventory records up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Contribute to IT projects and system rollouts.
