Requirements:

Education: A completed Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 14 years of proven experience in an IT Technical Support, Desktop Support, or Field Technician role.
Direct, hands-on experience working with POS (Point of Sale) Software is essential.
Previous experience with Pharmacy management software is highly advantageous.
