Opportunity Description
Our client, a prominent consumer-focused international business, is looking to appoint a commercially driven EU Competition Lawyer to join its expanding legal function. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-moving B2C environment where competition law plays a key role in shaping business strategy.
Partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will advise on a broad range of competition law matters across European markets. Advise on EU competition law issues, particularly abuse of dominance and horizontal and vertical agreements
Provide competition law support on M&A transactions, including risk assessment, merger control, and post-deal integration
Design and roll out practical, commercially focused compliance programmes suited to a consumer-facing business
Support on distribution models, pricing strategies, and commercial partnerships within a B2C framework
