Junior Lawyer

We are looking for a Junior Lawyer who supports the General Counsel in legal, compliance and corporate governance matters at an international level, ensuring alignment with the Company’s legal standards and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Contractual Support

• Review and support the drafting of commercial agreements, distribution contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs and international commercial documentation.
• Monitor contractual obligations, renewals and relationships with agents, distributors and partners.
