Junior Lead, Program Management (Portfolio)

Job Purpose

Responsible for maximizing the value of the existing card base through personalized engagement strategies. The role focuses on the Cardholder Lifecycle—from early-month activation and first-usage to cross-selling and retention.

Key Responsibilities

:•Lifecycle Strategy & Intervention - Develops usage campaigns to ensure high percentage of cards with usage

•Targeted & Segmented Marketing - Collaborates with the Data Analytics team to extract specific customer lists based on behavior and drives the usage of specific card features

•Channel & Journey Optimization - Oversees the deployment of highly personalized communications via SMS, EDM, and App Push Notifications

•Monitoring & Analytics- Analyzes the cost-effectiveness of targeted rewards versus broad-based discounts
