Junior Legal Counsel in British Columbia

Onni Group is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to oversee litigation matters and contribute to legal strategies across British Columbia. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate litigator.
As a key member of the in-house litigation team, you will manage a diverse portfolio, from pre-litigation through resolution. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience post-call and strong communication skills will thrive in this role. Engage with sophisticated commercial disputes and guide strategic decisions on cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a variety of civil litigation matters from initiation to resolution
• Advise on associated risks and strategic directions in litigation
• Review and draft crucial legal documents including pleadings
• Support consultation on landlord-tenant disputes and lease enforcement
• Collaborate with the legal team on general corporate matters
