Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on a broad range of maritime, shipping, commercial, and corporate matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements, including charter parties, service agreements, procurement contracts, agency agreements, NDAs, and other operational contracts.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks arising from shipping operations, vessel management, cargo transportation, logistics, and related maritime activities.
- Support the business in managing disputes, claims, arbitrations, and litigation matters, working closely with external counsel where required.
- Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance matters, including sanctions, trade compliance, anti‑bribery and corruption, competition law, and relevant maritime regulations.
