Junior-Level Litigation Associate – Mechanical

Finnegan’s Mechanical Practice is seeking junior litigation associates in our Reston office.

Successful candidates must have 1-3 years of solid patent litigation experience, including researching and drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion papers. Experience in the mechanical arts combined with knowledge of computer technology, coding, and signal processing. Exceptional writing skills are a must. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree required.
