Overview
- As a Junior Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for delivery of patients' service in the work area in a personalised, specialised and cost-effective way in accordance to established hospital policies, procedures and standard of practices.
- You will also be required to provide laboratory support for all clinical cases that require Lung Function tests, Allergy tests and Sleep monitoring studies.
- Co-operate with doctors and other health-care providers in the smooth delivery of services to patients.
- Ensure that all procedures scheduled for patients are performed well and to oversee the Lab's smooth operations daily.
- Perform a variety of pulmonary function tests (eg spirometry, NIOX-ENO, static lung volumes, Impulse Oscillometry, diffusion capacity, bronchial provocation tests) and sweat testing as requested by clinicians.
