Position: Junior Paraplanner Primary Location: Cape Town (Western Cape) – co-working space during probation, transitioning to hybrid/flexible thereafter Key Responsibilities The Junior Paraplanner will provide essential support across three core areas:

• Advisor Administrative Support
  • Process and submit investment and life assurance applications (including work with platforms such as Allan Gray).
  • Perform accurate data capturing and maintain up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
  • Manage general administrative tasks related to client investment and assurance portfolios.
• Paraplanning Support
  • Prepare clear, accurate comparisons of life assurance policies for advisors to review.
  • Assist advisors in drafting professional advice emails and supporting documentation.
