Support daily PAP operations and transaction flowEnsure execution aligns with SOP, timeline, and data accuracyHandle communication with patients, doctors, pharmacies, and distributorsTo maintain constant and direct communication with Program Manager.Monitor patient schedule, escalate discrepancies and support issue resolution.Respond promptly to queriesVerifies patient registration detailsVerifies patient invoices/receiptsVerifies patient prescriptionFollow up patient to check medication dispensing & receiptsUpdate and maintain internal databasesProvide operational support as directed by stakeholders.Qualifications
