Follow upon fabrication status, fitting, welding and delivery timelines
Assist inplanning workflow to meet project deadlines
Coordinatebetween workshop, supervisors, QAQC, and project team
Coordinatewith QAQC for NDT activities such as UT, MT, PT, and RT as required
Follow upon weld repair status and inspection clearance
Monitorwelder qualification validity and test schedules
Supporttoolbox meetings and safety briefings
MaterialControl
Coordinatematerial requests with customer
Trackshortages and inform supervisors early to avoid delays
Monitorjig usage and stock availability
Drawing& Documentation Support
Assist indistributing latest approved drawings and documents to workshop personnel
Ensureworkers are using correct revision drawings
Maintainrecords of fabrication progress, manpower, and daily production reports
Supportpreparation of fabrication checklists
