MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A Degree/diploma in Production/Agricultural qualification
- Agricultural background essential
- Previous experience with citrus, mangoes, or avocadoâs
- HACCP / Global Gap / SIZA background, advantageous
- Computer Literate
- Strong admin and record keeping skills, good in problem solving, good interpersonal relationships, must be a good communicator
- Energetic & hands-on hardworking individual with sober habits
- Must be willing to work long hours and weekends
- Maintenance and mechanically orientated
- Valid driversâ license
