Junior Production Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

Oversee all daily operations of the factory from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Develop processes that will maximise responsible planning and management of resources, safety, quality and productivity.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the factory
• Plan, organise, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations
• Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment
• Increase production, assets capacity, utilisation and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
• Develop and execute the factory manufacturing budgets
