Junior Project Manager

We are recruiting for a step‑up Junior Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of minor works, fabric alterations, asset lifecycle upgrades, and compliance‑led tasks within a highly regulated, safety‑critical environment. This role bridges the gap between supervisory engineering and corporate project management. It is an opportunity for an ambitious Project Coordinator, Working Supervisor, or Senior Tradesperson who is ready to take full ownership of small works and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, execute and sign off on small works and minor engineering/refurbishment projects across mechanical, electrical and building fabric disciplines.
• Line‑manage a dedicated on‑site technical team, coordinate daily workloads, mentor apprentices and ensure efficient output.
