Assist in ensuring that legislation is complied to, assist in ensuring that the overall quality of the Product is of a high standard and assist with the management of stock.

Duties and responsibilities:
Requesting of COAs and Batch documents from Third Party Manufacturers Liaising with the procurement team and updating the Sample receipt and release tracker to note stock arriving Liaising with the distributor on the arrival of stock Liaising with the Distributor and updating of the sampling plan once a new launch takes place Visually inspecting stock on import and the creation of release documents Updating of smartsheets to reflect stock arriving at the Distributor and Samples being received at the laboratory Document all samples that need to be sent back to the Distributor as retention samples Filing of all Release forms, COAs and Batch Documents as they are receipted and reviewed Assisting with the review and update of the Quality Management System, including Standard...
