Hire Resolve is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our client’s team in Paarl. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to kickstart their career in the construction industry. As a Junior QS, you will assist in various aspects of quantity surveying and project management to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities. Evaluate and analyze project costs and budgets. Support the senior QS in the measurement of work done and assessing variation orders. Participate in site inspections and liaise with contractors and clients.
