JOB
DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare and ensure timely
submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim and
sub-contractor’s certificate. - Conduct joint
measurements to verify work completed by contractors and
sub-contractors. - Assist the Contract Manager to
prepare reports and variation orders. - Prepare
final accounts of main contract and
sub-contracts. - Implement cost control
procedures. - Responsible in taking off
quantities and calling for quotations. - Check
quantity and advise purchaser on materials to be
ordered. - Carry out other job assignments as and
when required by the immediate superior - Ad-hoc
assigned by management.

Requirement:
- Candidate should possess
a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Quantity
Survey - Preferably at least 1 year of related
