Junior Recruiter

Responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and retains toptier talent. This role plays a strategic part in driving talent acquisition initiatives and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

• Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events to identify and attract high‑quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
