Role Overview We are building a structured, performance-driven recruitment team and are looking for a Junior Recruitment Executive to support delivery operations. This role focuses on candidate pipeline creation, screening quality, and structured submissions within a fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with Senior Recruiters and contribute directly to hiring outcomes. This is not a coordination role. This is a delivery support role. Core Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines across open mandates Identify relevant profiles aligned with role requirements Candidate Screening & Fitment Evaluation Conduct telephonic screening interviews Assess candidate experience, skill alignment, communication, and intent Validate availability, compensation expectations, and job change drivers Shortlist qualified candidates for Senior Re...
