I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company for a Junior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer .

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s looking to develop their skills, gain hands‑on experience, and progress into a fully‑fledged Service Engineer role.

The Role

You’ll be working alongside experienced engineers, supporting service, maintenance, and installation work across commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

• Assist with servicing, maintenance & fault finding
• Support experienced engineers on‑site
• Learn how to diagnose faults and complete repairs
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks independently as you progress
• Use Simpro system for job updates and reporting
