Junior revenue manager

To ensure optimal usage of holiday rentals and increase occupancies throughout the year by managing the revenue management and oversee the day-to-day yield operations of the Resort.

Qualifications and experience: Implement revenue management operations, strategies, procedures and processes. Play an active role in pricing strategies. Forecasting future demand, pricing trends and revenue performance. Identify new revenue opportunities and maximize revenue through all booking channels, working closely with the sales, marketing, and group revenue teams in the areas of promotions and business planning. Gathering information about the market and analyzing the needs of customers. This will include account management with various distribution partners. Rate implementation and setup across multiple systems. Implementation and adjustments of promotions and packages across multiple systems.
