Qualifications Matric / High School Diploma or equivalent Tertiary Education in Sales or Business is beneficial Requirements 2-4 Years in flooring sales, with prior experience as a top-performing sales representative. Strong knowledge of flooring types, installation methods, and materials. Must understand the hardware industry (Cashbuild / Mica / Builders warehouse etc.) Must understand rebates and be able to negotiate Technical sales representative exposure to head office level groups, Chamberlains, Makro, Game etc. Must have own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence Good communication skills, fluent, English and Afrikaans Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
