Junior Sales Process Automation & AI Analyst, Global Sales & Origination

Job Summary

The Sales Business Support role enables sales effectiveness and governance by delivering data‑driven insights, AI‑enabled process improvements, and strong commercial controls. Partnering closely with Sales and key support functions, the role supports faster client conversion, improved execution quality, and a scalable sales operating model, while ensuring robust operational, risk, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and improve sales workflows: Document current sales processes, identify pain points, bottlenecks, and manual tasks and recommend automation opportunities
• Support system automation: automate routine workflows in CRM / sales reports, improve prospect tracking and coordinate with internal IT / digital teams where needed
• Help create AI agents / copilots: Gather business use cases for AI agents, design prompts, workflows, and guardrails, test use cases, monitor...
