Junior SAP HR Consultant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Junior SAP HR Consultant with foundational knowledge in SAP HR/HCM modules, personnel administration, and organizational management to provide functional and technical support under supervision.

Must Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP HR/HCM
• Experience maintaining master personnel (PA) data
• Notions of Organizational Management (OM)
• Introduction to Payroll (PY) and Personnel Management
• Use of standard infotypes (0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, etc.)
• Understanding organizational structures and positions
• Support for functional issues and tests (UAT)
• Reading and validating functional specifications
• Basic knowledge of customizing (SPRO — user level)
• Degree in Labor Relations, HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
