Job Description: We are seeking an IT & Technical Support to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, while also providing technical support across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, administration, monitoring, and backup of IP networks and IT infrastructure, including security compliance Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot applications and resolve end-user issues Coordinate software updates, integration, and maintenance.
