We're looking for a junior Social Media Specialist to join the Full House Creative team. You'll be working across brand accounts, supporting strategy, creating content, and editing video — fast.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to post pretty pictures. We care about performance. Numbers. What worked, what didn't, and why.

WHAT WE NEED You can edit. Cap Cut is your default. You're fast, clean, and you understand pacing for short-form. You have a track record. Not aesthetics — results. Show us growth, reach, retention. Show us something that worked. You understand how virality is engineered, not just stumbled into. Bonus: you've grown a personal brand of your own. We love self-starters who've figured things out without a playbook. You're resourceful. When there's no answer, you find one. When there's no template, you build one.
