The Role
The Junior Sous Chef will assist in the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring consistent food quality, efficient service and adherence to high culinary standards. This role requires a hands‑on chef who is eager to learn, contribute creatively and support the broader kitchen team in delivering outstanding dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
