**Overview**

GovCIO is currently hiring for a **Junior Systems Engineer (MFD Specialist)** to support critical enterprise printing, imaging, and infrastructure activities across the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG). This position will be located in Alexandria, VA, and will be a hybrid position.

**Responsibilities**

As a Junior Systems Engineer / Multi-Functional Device (MFD) Specialist, you will support the systems engineering and equipment lifecycle across enterprise print infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

+ Resolve Incidents and Service Requests related to MFDs and printers to guarantee strict adherence to Service Level Objectives.
+ Develop and publish comprehensive technical user guides as new printer models are delivered to operational units from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
