Job Description: Job Title: Team Lead Recruitment. Location : Hyderabad. Experience: 5 - 7 years. Shift Hours : Day Shift (9.30 AM – 6.30 PM) Monday to Friday, Saturday (8:30 AM – 1:30 PM). Duration : Full Time/ Permanent. NOTE: Immediate Joiner and Domestic experience only. Mode of Interview: F2F Only. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters, ensuring recruitment goals are met. Develop and execute C2H / FTE hiring strategies tailored to the IT industry. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Be prepared to resolve any conflicts that arise between stakeholders, whether it's a client’s change in requirements or miscommunication between internal teams.
