Experience : 2-4 years in aviation.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Preparing course curriculum and updation from time to time necessitated as a result of manufacturer’s feedback / change in company’s policy (or) regulatory requirements. 

2. Prepare course materials such as syllabi, handouts, etc.

lectures/ instruct candidates both theoretical and practical.

4. Evaluate the examination papers

, evaluate and revise curriculum, course content, etc in consultation with Training Incharge.

6. Prepare the annual schedule of the trainings in consultation with the Training Incharge.

7. Keeping Training Manual up to date based on Training Policy as defined in Engineering Training Manual so as to cover all in-house, induction and recurrent training program.
