Junior Trader - Lithium

I am looking for a Junior Trader to provide support to the Lithium Trading team and be responsible for day-to-day operations of the desk, including physical trading, derivatives operations, and market research.

• Manage contract flows and post-deal operations while developing and maintaining relationships with lithium refineries and customers, particularly in China.
• Build financial models, conduct due diligence on industry assets, and provide transaction support to evaluate longer‑term structured deals.
• Maintain fundamental supply and demand models for lithium products by building databases tracking trade flows, mine supply, and end demand.
• Execute derivative transactions, manage trade entries into CTRM and risk management systems, and provide P&L and quantitative analysis.
