Junior Travel Operations & Customer Experience Executive

Role Description
This is an entry-level full-time role suitable for someone who wants to build a career in travel, hospitality, customer experience, or operations. You will support the team across customer enquiries, itinerary planning, quotations, supplier coordination, booking follow-ups, travel documents, and day-to-day travel operations. You will also get hands-on exposure to golf destinations, international suppliers, customer communication, and the systems we use to manage enquiries and bookings. Training and mentorship will be provided. For the right candidate, this role offers a long-term growth path into travel operations, customer experience, supplier coordination, team supervision, and eventually a management role within the company.
