Our People, Capability and Culture team is looking for a Kaituitui, Mana Tāngata | HR Coordinator to provide the HR Advisory team with high-quality day-to-day administrative support. The HR Coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects, building and applying knowledge of key employment legislation and best practice HR.

The People, Capability and Culture directorate, which is part of the Governance and Corporate puni, develops strategic initiatives and delivers advice, policies and procedures to ensure Te Puni Kōkiri has the organisation, culture, and capability to deliver its strategy and the Government’s priorities.
