Opportunity Description
- Consistently deliver world-class customer service by professionally handling customer enquiries and concerns across call, email, and live chat channels.
- To be the verifier for account onboarding and process the applications globally for bank account opening through online video verification.
- Explain banking concepts and product features to clients.
- Identify and assess customers' needs.
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues brought up by customers.
- Consolidate feedback while seeking to improve service quality and user experience of the iFAST Global Bank portal or mobile app.
- Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc duties required by supervisors.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the given time frame and follow up to ensure resolution.
