Opportunity Description

  • Consistently deliver world-class customer service by professionally handling customer enquiries and concerns across call, email, and live chat channels.
  • To be the verifier for account onboarding and process the applications globally for bank account opening through online video verification.
  • Explain banking concepts and product features to clients.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues brought up by customers.
  • Consolidate feedback while seeking to improve service quality and user experience of the iFAST Global Bank portal or mobile app.
  • Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc duties required by supervisors.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the given time frame and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
