Responsibilities
- Preparing doner kebab, including marination, slicing, assembling, and serving.
- Preparing pide and lahmacun.
- Preparing side dishes such as falafel, hummus, baba ganoush, and other related items.
- Ensuring food quality, consistency, hygiene, and proper portioning.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Assisting with ingredient preparation, stock handling, and daily kitchen operations.
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service and timely food output.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Turkish or Middle Eastern cuisine.
- Able to prepare doner kebab from marination to service.
- Able to make pide, lahmacun, and common side dishes.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player. <...
