• Market Development: Identify and analyze local restaurant merchants and food delivery industry; develop merchant acquisition and operational strategies aligned with the local drone delivery network expansion plan.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with target merchants; conduct contract negotiations to secure partnerships for drone logistics services.
• KA & Merchant Operations: Drive business objectives by managing contract negotiation, contract signing, merchant onboarding, product maintenance, and marketing planning for KA and restaurant merchants.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with technology, operations, and management teams; provide market insights to guide product development while ensuring alignment between market goals and operational capabilities.
