Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee submittals, change orders, and RFIs accurately
• Ensure timely distribution of shop drawings to teams
• Assist logistics and procurement for project requirements
• Coordinate with the Mechanical Team Lead for updates
• Master Procore, Bluebeam, and Outbuild for project tracking
