Plan, manage, grow & develop business opportunities with key accounts (Modern Trade key customers) assigned
To develop collaborative trading partnership with key customers with constant strategic business planning to drive category sales and to gain market shares
Monitor and review sales performance & marketing effectiveness
Plan, executes and coordinates promotions with inter department teams to ensure timely & flawless execution
Responsible on Trading Terms negotiations with the retailer on yearly basis.
To develop and execute Joint-Business Plans via Trade Marketing Campaigns with retailers on the objectives in driving sales performances & maximizing brand awareness
Actively engage in meetings with customers and proactively look at best solution for the business
