Opportunity Description
Role Summary:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring that agreements with both the company and AMCs are effectively tracked and closed. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the domain to effectively engage with AMCs, identify challenges, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the sales funnel for AMCs where Cybrilla is not yet contracted or live.
Identify stakeholders (business, digital, operations, compliance) and run structured outreach, demos, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the CEO to drive proposals, commercial negotiations, and closure of new AMC partnerships.
