Overview
Naturitas is an e-commerce company focused on natural products. We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to support our expansion, including Italy, by building strong supplier partnerships and identifying new brand opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers
- Introduce and assess new catalog products
- Analyze sales performance and margins to drive growth
- Manage pricing and monitor the market
- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers
- Activate on-site promotions and visibility opportunities to capture brand investment
- Launch targeted CRM campaigns
- Propose improvements to SEM strategy, CRM/social media copy, and product listings
- Optimize stock policies based on sales forecasts and ensure healthy stock levels
- Maintain regular contact with suppliers and manage the buying catalogue
